I have a story to tell: My friend went to Chadstone Shopping Centre after Xmas 2008. It didn't show any impact from Financial Crisis at the time; so many people were waiting for car parks. My friend saw a couple came out, and she used her indicator immediately. However, a Chinese lady with a girl (9 years?) walked towards the spot from opposite direction and stood on the spot. My friend told her that she cannot do that, it's a rule whoever used indicator first will get the spot. The Chinese lady told my friend: "don't be too excited!” My friend didn't understand why she said that. At the time, her husband sat in an Audi with dark colour in the opposite direction. Fortunately, my friend finally persuaded the lady, and parked her car. My friend found her car was scratched/damaged (seems by a key) when came out from the shopping, and she suddenly understood the lady’s warning. I wouldn’t say who is right or wrong. However, as a parent should we think about we are a role model of our children, and whoever had done that in front of your children, what impact will be on your children??

My adult child asked me one day: Mum, if you are honest and frank, you make yourself vulnerable. What should do? I don't have the answer immediately, but have it now! What your suggestion?

Interesting! Could you tell a little bit more about in what way the mother's character will influence children? What do you mean "decide the child's future", what future you talk about??
