Hello all, There is the possibility that next year my daughter will be in a year three class that is taught by two teachers who job share (ie. one teaches two days of the week and the other teaches the remaining three). Whilst I can see that this would be a great situation for some teachers, I am quite worried about the potential impact this will have on my daughter's education. I am most concerned about the children who misbehave acting up because of a lack of consistency and following through. I would love to hear other parent's opinions or experiences with this sort of situation. My daughter is achieving very high grades this year and, though it may be a selfish attitude, I would really be upset if her education was to suffer for the convenience of others.
