Our daughter is booked in to do the Edutest for Korowa on 28th of April, however due to unforeseen circumstances we would like to complete the test prior to this date. Looking at the list of test dates it seems that the only possible alternative date is next Saturday 25th March at St Monica's College for a Select Entry Test or Newhaven College. Our Questions are: Are we still able to book in for this test date and is a Select Entry Test acceptable to Korowa as a Scholarship test? If not, what are the alternatives?

My answer to your first question is: you may be able to change EduTest test dates by choosing a school with an earlier test date, see Scholarship Test format :
Quote:
Your child can only sit for ONE test. If you want to apply for scholarships or select entry places at different schools, you need to sit at the earliest test and share the results with the other schools. Please note that you need to complete an application/registration form for each school and pay each school a fee.
Check EduTest scholarship / select entry test dates. For the second question: Generally speaking, EduTest uses the same format for Select Entry and scholarship tests. Scholarship and entrance exams are comprised of Ability tests and Achievement tests. However there is an exception. Please note that John Monash Science School, has a different style of entrance examination. I think this is the only exception. If this is the case, the select entry test is acceptable to Korowa as a Scholarship test. We suggest you to check with Korowa or EduTest.
