Maximise your career Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Environmental Scientist to join our Contaminated Land Management team in our Perth office.
The Senior/Principal Environmental Scientist role provides leadership in environmental capability to the team and is integral in building the profile of the team in the local market.
The beneficial strategic aspects associated with the role include:
• Undertaking essential QA/QC for technical reports to ensure quality professional output for PB clients
• Securing critical and technically proficient business development capability through your existing networks
• Providing mentoring and coaching of middle level and emerging professionals
• Providing training for staff on best practice CLM and ASS techniques
• Working with other PB sections and teams nationally and within the Perth office
Use your skills & experience• Experience in a similar role, or ready to take the next step and become a principal
• Demonstrated understanding of the legislation, policy and guidelines for contaminated sites management
• Established industry, client and regulator networks and recognised profile in these sectors
• Previous experience in the consulting industry at a professional level
• Candidates with auditor accreditation, or interest in seeking auditor accreditation, and/or specialist skills in areas relevant to the CLM Market (hydrocarbon/metals contamination, Acid Sulphate Soils, Fate and Transport Modelling, Hydrogeology) will be highly regarded.
