A cover letter is a part of a job application – in general it’s a page, tailored letter that should address job requirements to accompany you resume.
Yur cover letter aims to:
• Introduce yourself and highlight your key skills, experience or achievements - this encourages the reader to discover more about you through your resume
• Make a job interview
Tailor your cover letter
The key aim with your cover letter is to make you an interview. Therefore, you need to avoid the temptation to send out a generic, 'one-size-fits-all' letter.
This means a bit of extra work - you need to address all criteria from the job ads by detailing your experience from previous jobs, trainings or studies, and you may need to spend some time searching the company profile so that you can make your letter relevant to the company’s services.

When prepare a cover letter, you may already know to address all criteria in the job ads. However, a key factor in your cover letter is to use their language.
You may ask how can I know their language?
You can find out from their website: do some research on their website, and find out their language.

The general association of a Cover Letter is with a Resume. However, you can use a Cover letter for a number of business reasons as well. You could be writing a Loan Cover letter or a Cover letter while getting into a contract. Such a cover letter would serve the purpose of getting your reader’s attention and focus on the main points in the material that you are attaching. Cover letters
