Import .htaccess ot httd.ini to web.config with sub folder as subdomain

Tried a couple of online tools such as http://www.htaccesstowebconfig.com/ and  https://cbsa.com.br/tool...ccess-to-web-config.aspx without success. Then I found the following article, which helped me.

Converting Apache .htaccess rules to IIS web.config using IIS Manager for Azure Websites

IIS Manager can import .htaccess and httpd.ini and convert to iis web.config. The auto conversion works straightaway. Note that you only need to download and install IIS Manager 8.6.9600 and URL Rewrite.

No manual conversion is required. However, if you are interested in manual conversion, there is a good article on the equivalent components. It can be found here: http://www.iis.net/learn/application-frameworks/install-and-configure-php-applications-on-iis/translate-htaccess-content-to-iis-webconfig
