VirtualBox usb device is busy with previous request
Four steps to fix usb device is busy with previous request with VirtualBox:
1. Create a USB filter in your guest (VM) settings (under USB) while the USB device is plugged in the host. Delete all values except Name,VendorID and ProductID. Keep the name as it cannot be blank. If empty, it will be removed from the filter list.
2. Unplug the USB device.
3. Start your guest (virtual machine) . Let the start process complete.
4. Plug in your USB device. The filter should capture it and pass control to your guest from host. Edited by user Monday, 12 September 2016 8:07:11 PM(UTC)
