How to flip Excel columns

In applications you may need reverse order of a string or a number, such as the conversion between Big Endians and Little Endians, there are several ways:
1. use VBA script: Flip Contents in an Excel cell (Text or a Number)
2. use C# or other programming languages: Concatenate two integers into hex with specified lengths with leading zeros

Another way to use Sort rows from left to right in Excel:
1. Data > Text to column, split a string or a number into columns;
2. Add a row with an Ascending order from 0 to the number of total columns;
3. Select all the rows to sort, no header and no expansion. Data > Sort, click option, select Orientation > Sort from left to right;
4. Sort the rows in Descending order;

a binary with bits:
1	0	1	0	1	0	1	0	1	0	1	0

add a row in Ascending order:
0	1	2	3	4	5	6	7	8	9	10	11

Results after sorting the rows in Descending order:
11	10	9	8	7	6	5	4	3	2	1	0
0	1	0	1	0	1	0	1	0	1	0	1
